Corsica - An Island For Foodies
The island of Corsica is odd-shaped, think of a bunch of grapes held by the stem at the summit. The wild and stunningly beautiful Cap Corse forms the stem. The fable of the cluster, is reflected by the highly varied topography, mountain peaks (120 summits reaching on peak of 2000 meters), river gorges, sandy beaches and lush plains. My husband and I were told by some cronies that Corsica is in addition to a mini-France, offering a bit of everything in a small sky. Unquestionably, the island offers the traveller a competently-off and tasty experience within its' 1000km coastline. The Corsican population is fiercely superior of their locally produced food and drink products, we felt it our faithfulness to sample a broad variety of the understandable goods during our stay.

The gone are the ABC's of Corsican offerings for the hungry and parched traveller:
Domaine Arena - one of the extremity-rated wines not far-off off from the subject of the island offering excellent red and white varieties. This winemaker is located in the Patrimonio region. They were one of the first vineyards to begin the arduous process of replanting timeless Corsican grapes such as Biancu Gentile. The wine is made in an organic style, and it is savory.
